Access and Usage
By purchasing our $8 one-time access fee, you are granted an edu login that allows you to enjoy the specified student discounts and free trials provided by FreePrime.
The edu login is provided for personal use only and must not be shared or resold to others.
Guarantee
We guarantee access for the first login only. This means that once you have successfully logged in for the first time, FreePrime does not guarantee continued access or service thereafter.
After the initial login, any issues with access or service are not covered by FreePrime.
No Refunds
All sales are final. FreePrime operates a strict no-refund policy. Once the goods have been sold and the edu login provided, no refunds or exchanges will be given.
Please ensure that you understand and agree to this policy before making a purchase.
Responsibility
It is the user’s responsibility to utilize the services and discounts provided within the terms of the initial access.
FreePrime is not responsible for any issues arising from the misuse or non-use of the services and discounts provided.
Changes to Terms
FreePrime reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and the use of FreePrime services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
